OC Tom: updated combat form (anthro form)

Tom's combat form, but updated

This is his anthro part. The combat form has 2 parts: Anthro and T-rex. His anthro form is like that of an anthromorphic dinosaur while the T-rex form speaks for itself

I forgot to add a tail but oh well
